تنطبق هذه السياسة على موقع masterls.com وتطبيق MASTER B2B على iOS. نحن نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات، ونستخدمه فقط لتشغيل حسابك وتنفيذ طلباتك.

1. ما الذي نجمعه

  • بيانات الحساب: الاسم، اسم الشركة، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، والعنوان.
  • بيانات الطلبات: المنتجات التي تطلبها وسجل طلباتك.
  • رمز الإشعارات: معرّف يصدره جهازك لإرسال إشعارات التطبيق إليه.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع إعلاني.

2. لماذا نستخدمها

  • إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول إليه.
  • تجهيز طلباتك وتوصيلها والتواصل معك بشأنها.
  • إرسال إشعارات عن الطلبات والعروض، ويمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت.
صورتك الشخصية تبقى على جهازك. الصورة التي تختارها لحسابك في التطبيق تُحفظ على هاتفك فقط ولا تُرسل إلينا أبداً.

3. مع من نشارك بياناتك

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة إعلانية. نشارك ما يلزم فقط مع شركات التوصيل لإيصال طلبك، ومع مزوّدي الخدمات التقنية الذين يستضيفون أنظمتنا ويلتزمون بحماية البيانات.

4. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك فعّالاً، وبسجل الطلبات للمدة التي تفرضها المتطلبات المحاسبية. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت عبر التواصل معنا، ونحذفها خلال 30 يوماً باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً.

5. حقوقك

  • الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها من إعدادات الحساب في التطبيق.
  • طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها.
  • إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك.

6. الأمان

تُنقل بياناتك مشفّرة عبر HTTPS، ولا تُخزَّن كلمة مرورك في التطبيق.

7. الأطفال

خدماتنا موجّهة للتجّار والشركات، وليست موجّهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to masterls.com and the MASTER B2B iOS app. We collect as little data as possible and use it only to run your account and fulfil your orders.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: name, company name, email address, phone number and address.
  • Order details: the products you order and your order history.
  • Push token: an identifier issued by your device so we can send app notifications to it.

We do not collect your location or contacts, and we do not use any advertising trackers.

2. Why we use it

  • To create your account and sign you in.
  • To prepare, deliver and communicate about your orders.
  • To send notifications about orders and offers; you can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
Your profile photo stays on your device. The picture you choose for your account in the app is stored only on your phone and is never sent to us.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. We share only what is needed with delivery companies to bring you your order, and with the technical providers that host our systems and are bound to protect the data.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your account details while your account is active, and order records for as long as accounting requirements demand. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by contacting us; we delete it within 30 days, except what we are legally required to keep.

5. Your rights

  • View and correct your details in the app’s account settings.
  • Request a copy of your data, or its deletion.
  • Turn notifications off in your device settings.

6. Security

Your data travels encrypted over HTTPS, and your password is never stored in the app.

7. Children

Our services are for traders and businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
